 Tolkien Festival Programme.
In celebration of The Hobbit’s 75th anniversary, the Oshawa Public Libraries are hosting a Tolkien Festival! To launch the Festival, Professor Randall, from the University of Waterloo will present on 75 years of Tolkien and The Hobbit, including how the book came to be written, themes, characters and the enduring appeal of Tolkien’s works. Come dressed in costume to celebrate and be eligible for a special prize! Free registration online or at any branch.
